Dima Stefanova, Ivelina Gadzheva, and Filip Boyadjiev are a collective that emerged around their shared vision on shaping alternative models of education in art and design.

Dima Stefanova is a Bulgarian designer, curator of educational programs, and cultural entrepreneur based in Amsterdam. She studied graphic design at Gerrit Rietveld Academie and completed her master’s degree at the Sandberg Instituut in Amsterdam. Her practice unfolds in design, art, social innovation, and cultural heritage. In 2015 she initiated the Know-How Show-How platform with the mission to promote and enable the transfer of “know-how” embedded in the cultural heritage of a place or a community. Recent partners include Utrecht Manifest, Sofia-University of Architecture, National Academy of Art-Sofia, Sofia History-Museum, and Plovdiv European Capital of Culture 2019.

Ivelina Gadzheva is an Inclusive Design specialist, consulting public and
private sectors how to expand their innovation capacity and add value by deep understanding of people-centered design approach and qualitative research. Trainer on how to use human diversity to create social inclusion and develop sustainable solutions.Ivelina has an extended hands-on international experience in delivering training on how to use design for innovation and business transformation. Since 2018 she has been a part of the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at the Royal College of Art as a design researcher and a program developer.

Filip Boyadjiev is a graphic designer and educator with over ten years of experience in the field. His practice focuses on building wayfinding systems and multidisciplinary design projects. He graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he taught graphic design afterwords. Filip strives to engage in meaningful projects and to have a positive impact on the community. He is consulting Sofia municipality on culture, design, and public spaces. He worked on Sofia Tourist Wayfinding, Public transport and street signage, and others. Among his clients are: Darik radio, The Bulgarian Society for the Protection of Birds, AG Capital, Free Sofia Tour, WWF Bulgaria и others.
